You may request an exchange or return if:

You provide clear video proof (especially for damaged or wrong items)

To claim a damaged or wrong product, an unboxing video is required.
We recommend recording a short video when opening your package as proof
🔄 Exchange Process (Size or Defect)

Mention your order number and reason

Shipping costs will be fully borne by the buyer unless the seller sends the wrong item/size
